This standard defines the formal structure and the requirements when writing new standards. It outlines all the elements a standard MUST fulfill, as well as other sections a standards document MAY implement.

| CRINGE | An acronym for something. It has not yet been decided. |
| Standard | A document describing a specific CRINGE standard containing all of the required elements outlined in this document. |
A standards document MUST start with the following sections:
An Abstract section stating the purpose and contents of the specified standard.
A Definitions section including any new terminology introduced in the document that goes beyond the reasonably expected vocabulary for a Cringe Studios employee.
A References section MAY be added containing links to relevant web pages and/or other standards that are referenced in the context of the document.
